A Quality Guarantee
As a responsible company, IC NETSPACE offers a 90 Day manufacture's Quality Guarantee on all Product(s) purchased from our company. This Quality Guarantee is applicable to the original person or entity that purchases the Product(s).
B Payment Term
We accept TT, NET, ESCROW, COD, Credit card payment. Buyer is responsible for the wire transfer bank charge fee on buyer's side. For the credit card payment, there is additional 3.85% credit card charge fee.
C Return Authorization
Except for Special Orders, and provided that Buyer has given Seller written notification of a defect within 10 days of receipt of the goods, Seller will credit, refund the cost of or at its discretion, repair or replace free of charge any of the Goods found to its satisfaction to be defective, either due to faulty workmanship, or prior use. Goods purchased from Seller may be returned only at Seller's discretion, no later than 30 days from the invoice date.
